Seen at the Waihine River at Black Bridge, Matarawa.
Right at the road end where vehicles are parked this has been dumped, dogs, kids, people and all sorts of animals visit this area.
Obviously some human animals as well who it looks like have killed/stolen/poached/rustled a local farmers sheep and dumped the leftovers for all to see….
Carterton District Council, is this your responsibilty to clean up????
