Well here is my October highlights which commenced with a trip to Muriwai, near Gisborne for the unveiling of my late brother Caley Walker-Smith. Fantastic time on the marae at Muriwai with whanau and friends. The Kokomai Arts Festival had it’s inaugural run during the month and went off and down really well.. congratulations to those who made it happen.. Also had a second unveiling this month for Hoppy – you are missed so much mate!!

Enjoy the images – I’ve included several similar shots or variations so you get an idea of what I see and how I am approaching my photography and creativity.

August people shots … taken in various locations from Kampala to Gulu but mainly around Rackoko and Ludok Village, Awere in the North….. Enjoy, they have reasonable captions.

2013-05 Uganda and people home and away

Saying farewell to family and friends at home and arriving in Uganda after a long flight to be met by the wonderful Irene Acheng and taken north for the party of Francis Odida – what a welcome back to Uganda!!!
